Riyadh's dining pattern
Riyadh restaurants in districts such as Olaya, Al Malqa, Hittin and the Diriyah area serve big family groups late into the evening and a large delivery base across the city's spread-out districts. That puts pressure on table management after dark and rider dispatch over long distances.
- Reservations with availability and a waitlist, plus table management.
- A kitchen display for dine-in, takeaway and delivery tickets.
- Manual or automatic rider assignment, and status updates from a rider web panel.
- Coupons and promo codes for your own ordering channel.
Local delivery apps are not integrated
Not integrated: HungerStation, Jahez, Talabat, Careem and any other Saudi delivery app. Their orders will not appear in the RestroAI order list.
What RestroAI offers is a way to build a direct channel: a branded site on your own domain, an AI agent on WhatsApp and website chat that creates orders in the POS, and an Android customer app, all without commission. Read own app vs aggregator commission and the WhatsApp ordering page.
ZATCA e-invoicing
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) runs the e-invoicing rules for Saudi businesses, including a Phase 2 integration phase. Our ZATCA Phase 2 guide explains it, and the Saudi Arabia page covers the national picture.
RestroAI is not ZATCA-integrated. Z reports and sales records are available for your accountant. Ask us for the roadmap timeline before you sign up if ZATCA integration is a requirement. Where it is, a vendor with live ZATCA integration may suit you better today.
