What a cloud kitchen needs from software
A cloud kitchen has no dining room, so the whole business is orders in and bikes out. The software has to merge aggregator and direct orders, show the kitchen one queue, track ingredients and get the rider on the road.
- Orders: POS, website, WhatsApp with an AI ordering agent, and Foodpanda orders in the same list.
- Kitchen display (KDS): a real-time screen fed by the same orders.
- Riders: profiles, shifts, manual or automatic assignment and a rider web panel.
- Inventory: ingredient stock, recipes, purchase orders, stock counts, transfers and waste tracking.
Multiple brands and locations
Many cloud kitchens run several virtual brands out of one kitchen, or the same brand from several kitchens. RestroAI supports branches, branch cloning and a branded storefront for each restaurant, with owner, regional manager, branch manager and staff roles and a control panel for central ordering, messaging and an order overview across branches.
Pricing is per branch. Each branch or brand location you run is PKR 15,000 a month, so three locations is PKR 45,000 a month before any extra capacity.

Cost of a cloud kitchen setup
One kitchen with a counter terminal and six riders costs PKR 16,500 a month. Hardware is billed separately; the system runs on any tablet or touchscreen with a browser. There is no setup fee.

What is the best cloud kitchen software in Pakistan?
It depends on how many brands and channels you run. No. Riders update delivery status from a web panel, but live GPS tracking on a map is not available.
