Frequently asked questions
Is RestroAI FBR integrated?
No. Direct FBR, PRA and SRB invoicing is not live. Receipts reserve space for an FBR invoice QR code, and sales records and Z reports are available for your tax filer.
Does RestroAI work offline?
Partly. New orders on a POS that is already open are stored on the device and sync when the connection returns. Opening or reloading the POS, paying an order already sent to the kitchen, online orders and Foodpanda orders need a connection.
Can Pakistani restaurants take online card payments?
Not yet. Online card payment runs on Stripe only, and Stripe does not support businesses registered in Pakistan. JazzCash, Easypaisa and other local gateways are not integrated.
Does RestroAI sync my menu to Foodpanda?
Not yet. Foodpanda orders, cancellations, order status and the out-of-stock toggle work; menu and price changes are edited in the Foodpanda vendor portal.
Can I export my data from RestroAI?
Not as a self-serve export yet. The activity log downloads as CSV; for orders, products or customers, ask us for an export.
How current is this page?
