How do I calculate the commission I pay Foodpanda?
Multiply your monthly sales through the aggregator by your commission rate. For example, PKR 1,000,000 of sales at a 20% rate is PKR 200,000 a month. Use the rate in your own contract, because rates vary.
What commission rate does Foodpanda charge?
It depends on your contract, so this calculator does not assume one. The 25% in the form is only a placeholder. Check your agreement or statement and enter your real rate.
How much of my orders can I move to my own channel?
Only you can estimate that. Regular customers who already know your restaurant are the easiest to move, for example through a QR code on the receipt or your own ordering site. Start with a small share and adjust the input.
Does the saving include delivery and payment costs?
No. The saving is the commission you would stop paying on the orders you move. Your own delivery riders, card-processing fees and marketing are separate costs that you should add to your own comparison.
