In Kuwait City, Salmiya, Hawalli and the surrounding areas, a lot of restaurant revenue arrives at the door rather than the table. For those kitchens, rider handling matters more than table service.

Talabat and other apps
Not integrated: Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem and other Kuwait delivery apps. Their orders will not appear in the RestroAI order list.
The aim is to move regular customers to your own channel: a branded site, a WhatsApp AI agent that creates orders in the POS, and an Android customer app, with no commission. Read the aggregator commission guide for the thinking behind it.
Tax and invoicing
Tax and invoicing rules in Kuwait are set by the authorities and can change. Confirm what applies to your restaurant with the relevant authority or your tax adviser.
RestroAI has no live integration with any Kuwait tax or e-invoicing system. Z reports and sales records are available for your accountant. Ask us for the roadmap timeline before you sign up if it is a requirement.
Price and quote
PKR 15,000 per branch per month with every feature included, no setup fee and no commission. There is no published KWD price, so ask us for a quote in dinars. Support is remote from Lahore, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm PKT; there is no office in Kuwait.
