SRB Restaurant POS in Karachi: What Sindh Restaurants Need

Restaurants in Karachi and the rest of Sindh pay sales tax on services to the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), so many owners search for an SRB restaurant POS. **RestroAI by Taiz has no live SRB integration today.** This page explains the rule in general terms and what you get from RestroAI now.

RestroAI by Taiz

PKR 15,000

per branch per month, every feature included. No setup fee, no commission on orders.

Where RestroAI stands on SRB today

Not live yet: RestroAI has no direct integration with the Sindh Revenue Board. It is on the roadmap. If SRB integration is a requirement for you, ask us for the timeline before you sign up at contact.

Other vendors, including CornPOS, Oscar and Websol, advertise SRB support. Those are their own claims and we have not verified them. If you must be integrated now, ask for a live demo and confirm with SRB.

What SRB asks of restaurants, in general terms

In Sindh, sales tax on restaurant services is administered by SRB, not FBR. SRB has an invoice-monitoring approach for service providers in which invoices are issued and reported through approved systems. Whether your outlet is in scope, and when, is set by SRB.

We do not quote rates, penalties or deadlines here because they change. Confirm current rules with SRB or your tax adviser. For the federal side, see our FBR guide.

What RestroAI does today

  • POS billing for dine-in, takeaway and delivery, with cash and card tenders.
  • Terminal sessions and Z reports at close of day.
  • Sales records your tax filer can use for returns.
  • Receipts that reserve space for a QR code. Today this is built for the FBR invoice QR code, not an SRB one.
  • Offline selling that syncs when the connection returns.

RestroAI does not submit invoices to SRB and is not SRB-approved.

For Karachi restaurants that can wait on integration

If your accountant files from sales records and you are not yet required to be integrated, RestroAI is a complete system at PKR 15,000 per branch per month, with no commission on orders placed through your own site. See Karachi and pricing.
