Aggregators and your own app
Not integrated: Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem and other UAE aggregators. Their orders will not appear in the RestroAI order list. Foodpanda is the only aggregator whose orders flow in, and it does not operate in the UAE.
Many Dubai restaurants keep their aggregator listings for discovery and use their own site to bring repeat customers back at no commission. RestroAI supplies the own-channel side: a branded ordering site, a WhatsApp AI agent and an Android customer app. Read the commission comparison.
Tax invoicing
VAT is administered by the Federal Tax Authority, and rules for electronic invoicing are set by the authorities and may change. Confirm what applies to your restaurant with the FTA or your tax adviser. More detail is on the UAE page.
RestroAI has no live integration with UAE e-invoicing systems. The POS provides Z reports and sales records your accountant can use. Ask us for the roadmap timeline before you sign up if it is a requirement.

What is a good restaurant POS for Dubai that also does online ordering?

Does RestroAI work with Talabat or Deliveroo in Dubai?
